Thomas M. Gelson, President and CEO

Prior to founding the More Group Inc., Tom had founded More Solutions Inc. (MSI) in 1991. After 10 successful years of growth & prosperity, More Solutions merged in 2001 with Neartek Inc., a virtual tape storage software company. At Neartek, he was Senior Vice President/General Manager of Neartek North America. From 1989-1991, he was the Director of Sales, Marketing & Support for Acknowledge Inc., the first third-party manufactured tape drive company for IBM midrange & mainframe systems. Prior to that, from 1987-1989, he was Senior Account Manager at EMC Corp., based in their Washington D.C. office where he managed both federal and commercial accounts. He began his career as an Equity New Issue Coordinator for Merrill Lynch, New York, NY on their syndicate desk. Tom is a graduate of St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA where he earned a B.S. in Marketing. He is an avid triathlete, cyclist, and marathon runner. In 2001, he had the privilege to compete in and finish the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii.

Tim Dermody, Vice President of Sales

Tim was a sales executive with MSI from 1999 to 2001 and at Neartek from 2001 until 2003. During those four years, Tim sold enterprise data management solutions to companies and educational institutions throughout the Northeast and Canada. Previous to joining MSI, from 1993 to 1999, Tim was in the financial services field as an account executive for the Financial Group of Wellesley in Wellesley, MA. At Wellesley, he was consistently ranked in the top 10% of revenue producers in the country. Prior to joining Wellesley, Tim was active in the launch and successful sale of a family-held company to a Fortune 1000 firm. Tim holds a BA from University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.



Russell F. Neale, Vice President of Business Development

Before joining More Group , at Neartek (2001-2003) and at MSI (1999-2001) Russell sold enterprise data management solutions to companies and educational institutions throughout New England and New York. Previous to joining More Solutions, from 1995 to 1999, Russell was an account executive and later promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing for Axonix Corporation in Salt Lake City, UT. At Axonix he successfully introduced a marketing and sales campaign for a Networked Attached storage product line. Before joining Axonix, Russell was with computer equipment manufacturer Great Valley Products in King of Prussia, PA from 1991 to 1995. Beginning as an account executive and later promoted to Sales Manager, Russell managed an international distribution channel. Previous to Great Valley Products, Russell worked in the international division of Manufacturers Hanover Bank in New York City. Russell holds a BA in German from Amherst College and an MBA from the University of Utah.

James Reichardt, Vice President of Professional Services

Before joining More Group , Jim was Vice President at Neartek Inc. from 2001 to 2004. Prior, as the leader of More Solutions Professional Services team, Jim was responsible for project management, storage software design and implementation, and development of MSI's Enterprise Storage Pak solutions. Jim's enterprise experience includes stints as Senior Storage Officer at State Street Bank where he managed multiple TB's of open systems storage and mainframe DASD and 13 years at Reebok managing their systems and storage infrastructure. Jim holds a degree in Computer Science and several storage related certifications.
